Harbour foreshore shut down for New Year's Eve as NSW records five new COVID-19 cases

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian is urging people to stay at home this New Year's Eve, with outdoor gatherings across Greater Sydney reduced from 100 to 50 people.
