LA jails refuse to turn 25,000 criminal illegal immigrants over to ICE

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has refused to honor more than 25,000 requests from federal immigration officials to turn over undocumented immigrants in its jails, according to data obtained by Fox News.
