Feds arrest man accused of striking deputy US marshal in back, shoulder with wooden bat

A 24-year-old man was arrested early Tuesday in connection with an attack on a U.S. Marshal in which he allegedly struck the agent with a baseball bat as authorities attempted to disperse protesters in Portland last month.
