US Covid-19 cases breach record for fifth day

The United States recorded a fifth consecutive day of record new cases of coronavirus infections on Saturday as the number of worldwide cases of crossed 10 million, claiming nearly 500,000 lives. The US alone accounts for a quarter of the infections and fatalities, the death toll crossing 125,000 from 2.5 million cases over the weekend
