Tom Homan responds to Illinois county releasing illegal immigrants with criminal records: 'That's just stupid'

Former acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement [ICE] Thomas Homan fired back at leadership in Cook County, Illinois, for releasing illegal immigrants who've been accused of crimes, after ICE officials said the county denied more than 1,000 detainer requests in fiscal year 2019 alone.
