Giuliani associate told Ukrainians to investigate Bidens, lawyer says

An associate of Rudy Giuliani traveled to Kiev shortly before the inauguration of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to demand the new administration publically announce an investigation into 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son, or else Vice President Mike Pence would not attend the swearing-in of the new president and the United States would freeze aid to the Eastern European nation.
