Perth crims put on notice after police arrest 3000 people in city-wide blitz

Perth police officers arrested more than 3000 people and charged them with more than 5000 offences in a seven-month long city-wide blitz targeting alcohol thefts, car break-ins and other high-harm offences to the community.
