Rain Slows Search for Tsunami Dead, as Indonesia Recalls 2004 Disaster

Searchers hampered by incessant rain used helicopters and ships to scour isolated villages for victims of a powerful tsunami as the death toll climbed to 433, the 14th anniversary of a much larger cataclysm.
