Lashkar-e-Taiba's top commander Naveed Jatt and another terrorist were gunned down by security forces on Wednesday during the Budgam encounter. Jatt was involved in the assassination of journalist Shujaat Bukhari. The authorities have snapped internet services in Budgam as a precautionary measure.
