Zimbabwe Calls In Military as Protests Erupt Over Vote Counting

President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who deposed strongman Robert Mugabe and sought to end Zimbabwe’s pariah status, called in the army to violently disperse protesters angered by delays in announcing the winner of the presidential election.
